HOW TO USE MOSSA STORE CREDIT

(Below are the steps for those who may already have store credit applied to their account and want to check the status.)

 

1. Sign in to your MOSSA Store account.

 

2. Add items to your cart.

 

3. On your shopping cart page, click the Store Credit button. (You will only see this button if you have available credit.)

 

4. A window will appear and it will show your available credit. In the redeem field, enter part or all of your available credit toward that order and then click the Redeem button.


 

 

5. The next window will show credit applied to your cart. You don't need to do anything with the code/number. Click the x to close that window so you're back on your shopping cart page. From your shopping cart page, click the Checkout button.

 

6. On your Checkout page to the right, your credit is applied to your order. Check to make sure your information on the left is filled out. If not, fill it out, then click Continue to shipping method button.

 

7. Select your Shipping Method (this is just an example, shipping rates differ based on your location). Then click the Continue to payment method button.

 

 

8. Click Complete Order on the checkout page to complete your order.

 

 

RECOVER YOUR MOSSA STORE CREDIT

 

 

If available credit is applied to an order, but you don't complete that order, you'll need to recover that credit, otherwise that credit won't be available to you to use.

 

1) Sign in to your MOSSA Store account.

 

2) Once you log in you'll be on your Account details page (if not and you're already logged in click on your name in the navigation), click on the Store Credit link.

 

 

3) Click Recover Discount to recover that credit amount back onto your account.

 

4. A window will appear showing your credit is recovered. Click the x to close the window.

 

 

5. In your Accounts Details you will see your credit back on your account and ready to use on a new order.

 

CHECK AVAILABLE MOSSA STORE CREDIT

To check your available credit, log in to your account. In your Account Details, on the right of the page, you'll see your available credit balance. Click that link to see your My Store Credit details. On that page, you can see your credit details and transaction history. Click on the Transaction History tab, to view your credit activity. 

 

 

CREDIT RESTRICTIONS

MOSSA Store Credit does not apply to shipping and can't be used with other discounts in an order. MOSSA Store Credit is not redeemable for cash.
