MOSSA STORE ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Additionally, if you have further issues you may need to turn off or adjust your pop-up blocker or browser add-ons, as they may be preventing certain functions or aspects of the store from presenting or working accordingly.
CREATE AN ACCOUNT
In the main navigation of the MOSSA Store, click the "Create account" link. You'll then be directed to an account creation form. Please fill out all your information. Unless you're a facility/company, you can just type "n/a" into the Facility/Company field. After filling in all your information for the form, click the Create Account button at the bottom of the form to complete the submission. (Note: You can purchase items on the store at that time, but you will not be able to use the full functionality of the store until you fully activate your account.) An account creation notification email will then be sent to the email address you used to create your account with. Please check your inbox and spam folder for it. You will need to open up that email and click the Activate Your Acccount button to complete registration and verification. From there, you can then start purchasing items on the store and managing your account.
Login troubles? Make sure you are entering the username and password that you created your account with. If it doesn't work the first time, make sure to take the time to type it out in the fields, in case you mistyped the first time. In case you're entering the wrong password during the log in process or forgot your password ... click on the Forgot Password link to have a reset emailed to you, per the email address you set up your account with. Allow time for the reset email to be sent to you. Check your inbox and spam folder for that reset email. Once you receive it, follow the instructions, and then proceed to reset your password, and then from there you can log in.
UPDATE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
1. Sign in to your MOSSA Store account.
2. Click on Edit Account.
3. Update the details for your account and then click Update Account. Your Account Details will then be updated.
PAYMENT / CHECKOUT ISSUE
During checkout, payment will be verified. If your credit card is declined, check with your bank. (Note: If your card is declined, don't attempt to use another credit card during that same checkout process. The store will not accept it). If your bank informs you that your card is in good standing, make sure your billing information in your MOSSA Store Account is the same as your credit card information. If not, you will have to login into your account and update/correct your billing information. Once completed, try to check out again. If still experiencing issues, please reach out to support and provide all details on your issue.
