Using an adjustable barbell or dumbbells, weight plates, and body weight, MOSSA POWER combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with the hottest functional, integrated exercises. Dynamic music and motivating coaching by MOSSA’s team will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and push you to a personal best! To get started you’ll need a 3-5lbs (2kg) barbell with various weight plates such as 2.5lbs (1kg), 5lbs (2.5kg), 10lbs (5kg) or two or more dumbbells (view Weights). The STEP® is optional and gives additional workout benefits (view Steps).
